Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to request a refund, and payment processing for VPNIz subscriptions. Requests, order checks, and outcomes are recorded in support tickets in the user panel for easy reference. You may also wish to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Request Window and Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The request date is the time the ticket is received in the user panel. The payment date is based on the verified order record. A request submitted within the window remains eligible even if verification extends beyond it.
You do not need to provide proof of connection issues or explain why you stopped using the service. Please identify the relevant order when submitting a request. If it concerns a monthly subscription, data package, upgrade, or multiple payments, list each item separately so different orders are not treated as one refund. Renewals and subsequent payments do not restart the request window for the first payment. The applicable amount will be verified in the ticket.
Data Usage and Exceptional Circumstances
Normal connections, client configuration, and data usage are not, on their own, grounds for denying a refund requested within the window. This policy does not apply an undisclosed deduction based on data already used, nor does it require troubleshooting, switching routes, or continued use before you can submit a request.
If an order shows data usage above the plan allowance, an unusual usage attribution, or activity that may violate the Terms of Service, the order, usage records, and relevant terms must first be reviewed. An unusual status alone does not mean a refund will be denied. If the outcome affects refund eligibility, the reason will be explained in the ticket, and you may provide additional information for review.
Orders outside the request window are not automatically covered by this commitment. The same payment will not be refunded more than once. If a payment is incomplete, funds have not arrived, or an order does not belong to the current account, the payment status and order ownership must first be checked; it cannot be handled as a completed payment.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel and submit a request through Support Tickets. State that you are requesting a refund and include the order number, plan or data package name, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. No email address is required; you can view follow-up information and the outcome in the same ticket.
If payment succeeded but the order status has not updated, you may provide a payment receipt or transaction ID. Include only the details needed for verification; unrelated transactions may be redacted. Do not submit your account password, payment password, full subscription URL, wallet private key, or recovery phrase.
Once verification is complete, the ticket will explain which order and amount the refund covers, how it will be returned, and how related service benefits will be handled. If you have questions, reply to the original ticket instead of creating another request.
Refund Methods and Payment Differences
Alipay and WeChat Pay payments are normally refunded through the original transaction. If that transaction cannot be refunded, the original payment route is unavailable, or the payment provider reports an error, explain the situation in the ticket so available options can be checked. You will not be asked to send an extra payment to an unfamiliar recipient to complete a refund.
USDT transfers work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds; a new transfer is not the same as reversing the original transaction through a payment provider. The original transaction must first be verified, then the receiving address, network, and refund amount confirmed in the ticket. Any network fee or amount valuation must be clearly explained and confirmed before processing. No exchange rate or undisclosed fee will be assumed.
Refund details are verified only through tickets in the signed-in account. If the return route changes, the necessary ownership checks must be completed to prevent funds from being sent to an unverified address or account.
Tracking a Refund and Requesting a Review
Request receipt, refund initiation, and arrival of funds are separate stages. Progress depends on payment provider processing, account status, and, where applicable, blockchain confirmation. This policy does not promise a standard arrival time. Check both ticket replies and the original payment transaction; do not rely solely on the plan status to determine whether funds have arrived.
If a refund has been initiated but has not arrived, reply to the original ticket with the order number and the latest status you can see, so the refund record or transaction can be checked. If funds are returned, the payment provider reports an error, or further information is needed, updates will be provided in that ticket. If you disagree with the amount, eligibility, or reason for the decision, you may request a review and keep the relevant order and correspondence records.
