Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNIz. Please read and understand the rules below before using the service. If you have questions about their scope or account handling, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Nothing in these terms excludes rights granted to users by law.

Service Scope

VPNIz provides international routes and a network acceleration subscription service, covering 110+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. The available service depends on the active plan and remaining data in the account.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for destination websites. When accessing international websites, users must still comply with those sites’ regional policies and terms of use. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of the anonymous no-logs policy and how information is handled.

Account and Subscription Rules

An account can be created with a username and password; no email address is required. Users should keep their login credentials, subscription links, and payment records secure. A subscription link is an access credential and should not be made public. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, take action through the user panel and submit a support ticket promptly.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for use by the account holder. This does not authorize resale or service provision to others. Renting or reselling accounts or subscriptions, sharing accounts or subscription links with others, and connecting routes to public proxy or commercial distribution services are prohibited.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-term upgrade is calculated against the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Before choosing a plan, check the Plans page and the prices, data allowances, and billing methods shown in the panel. Account records determine payment, expiration, and data depletion status.

Requirements for Compliant Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where they use the service, and ensure they have the necessary authorization for their online activities. The service must not be used for fraud, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, or other unlawful conduct.

Attacking networks or devices, accessing systems without authorization, distributing malicious software, sending spam, and disrupting other users’ normal connections are prohibited. Use involving third-party accounts, content, or developer interfaces must also comply with the relevant platform terms. Subscribing to this service does not grant authorization from any third party.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, destination site policies, and device configuration. Route maintenance, faults, or changes to upstream networks may cause brief interruptions or regional adjustments. VPNIz does not guarantee continuous access to every destination website or any fixed speed or latency.

If you encounter an issue, keep the error message and details of the circumstances and steps already tried, then report them through a support ticket. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription links. VPNIz does not control content restrictions, account actions, or interface rate limits imposed by third-party platforms. Responsibility is determined based on the specific cause and applicable law; these terms do not waive any liability required by law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, a network attack, or another violation of these terms, VPNIz may take measures based on the risk, such as restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. Measures necessary to prevent ongoing harm may be taken before notice is given.

Users who disagree with a restriction or termination may explain the circumstances and provide relevant records through a user panel support ticket. Account handling should distinguish plan expiration and data depletion from action for violations; normal expiration must not be described as a breach. Unfulfilled orders or disputed charges are handled under applicable policies and laws.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Information

When service rules change, VPNIz will update this page and revise the month shown as the last update. Significant changes affecting account use or subscription benefits will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes do not automatically apply retroactively to completed transactions or diminish rights granted by law. If you have questions, submit a support ticket for clarification before continuing to use the service.

A full refund for any reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and details about processing.
