Global routes and how to choose
Check the target service’s regional requirements first, then consider route type. Coverage is a starting point; real-world connection performance is what matters.
VPNIz covers 110+ countries and 180+ routes. The table below illustrates how to think about popular regions; it is not a list of currently available nodes and does not guarantee access to any particular streaming library. Check the user panel for available cities, route types, and nodes. For streaming, access can also depend on your account region, content licensing, and the platform’s current checks.
For everyday browsing, start with a nearby region that the target service supports. If a work site requires a specific region, keep the exit region consistent. Test meetings, file transfers, and video playback separately; one successful page load does not tell you how every use case will perform. After switching routes, reopen the target app and check the exit region and access before deciding whether to keep the route.
| Country or region | City selection | Route type guide | Streaming access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Check city labels in the panel | Compare dedicated, relayed, and direct routes in the panel | Verify access in practice |
| Hong Kong | Check city labels in the panel | First check the target site’s regional requirements | Verify access in practice |
| Japan | Check city labels in the panel | Compare dedicated, relayed, and direct routes in the panel | Libraries vary by region and account |
| United States | Check city labels in the panel | Choose based on work-site and AI tool requirements | Verify access in practice |
| Australia | Check city labels in the panel | Compare route types when you need this region | Libraries vary by region and account |
| United Kingdom | Check city labels in the panel | Check the exit region against the target service’s requirements | Verify access in practice |
Route status reference
The route component below is for reference only. It is not a speed test from your device and does not guarantee access to any target service. Test routes on the network and apps you actually use.
Choosing a routeat peak hours: start with the path
Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, the cross-border route, and the destination site—not just the region name. IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections describe different network paths, not a fixed speed ranking. Keep candidates that meet the region requirements, then compare them using real tasks such as meetings, page loads, or file transfers. If performance drops, check your local network first, then try another route type in the same region. Avoid changing the region and app settings at the same time. VPNIz’s routes page explains route types and use cases separately to make it easier to keep track of what works. Check the panel and test the connection to confirm available options and results.

Anonymous service, no logs, and account privacy
VPNIz describes its privacy approach as anonymous and no-logs. You can open an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Route connections, website logins, and device security are separate matters: network acceleration does not replace a site’s account verification or clear saved browser sessions. Keep your account password and subscription details secure, and never share subscription information in public screenshots or documents. For details about what information the service handles and why, read the privacy policy. The terms of use explain account scope and responsibilities; the privacy policy is not a guarantee covering every kind of access.

Multiple devices, no device limit
Configure work computers, mobile devices, and home computers for their respective uses. VPNIz allows unlimited devices online at once. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported, but setup and authorization prompts may differ by platform; don’t assume steps for one platform apply to another. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. When adding devices, keep an eye on the plan’s remaining data: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Set up and verify the devices you use most first, then configure the others. If only one app isn’t working, check whether it’s using the route selected in the client before rebuilding your account.

AI toolaccess and persistent connections
ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini each have their own requirements for region, account status, and connection stability. A page loading does not guarantee that sign-in, file uploads, or streaming responses will work. Developers should also check network settings in the command line and editor separately. Choose a region that meets the service’s requirements, keep the exit region consistent, and test the complete workflow. If you see an access message, distinguish account permissions, service limits, and connection interruptions instead of assuming the route is at fault. VPNIz’s AI guides cover common checks, while the in-depth guide explains the differences between web and API use. Availability depends on the target service’s rules and your actual connection.

Streaming regions and playback checks
Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube content and playback depend on your account, licensing region, device capabilities, and local network. Before choosing a route, check which region has the content you want. Then, using the same exit region, test sign-in, search, and playback; seeing a title on the home page does not mean it is available to watch. If playback buffers, pause other data-heavy tasks and compare routes in the same region. After changing regions, check how the service identifies your location again. VPNIz’s streaming guides separate region selection from playback troubleshooting and do not promise a fixed library or picture quality. Streaming also uses plan data, so check usage in the panel when choosing between a monthly plan and a data pack.

Refunds, billing, and plan details
VPNIz offers a 30-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, consider the billing method, data allowance, and how regularly you expect to use it, then read the refund policy and terms of use. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs are consumed until used up and never expire, so they follow a different usage timeline. For order issues, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order and a clear description of what you need. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the panel for your account’s current status. Refer to the refund policy for eligibility and process details; a short page badge is not a substitute for the full terms.

Clients andsubscription access
Sign in to get clients and your subscription. Open the user panel for your device platform; don’t share subscription details on public pages.
Sign in to get clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux; the iOS option requires an active plan. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription, and check your account and plan status before importing it. If you have other network clients installed, first check which client is running and which configuration is active. Avoid enabling multiple configurations at once so troubleshooting stays clear.
When connecting for the first time, your system may ask to add a network configuration or grant network access. Check your platform guide to confirm where the prompt came from. Once authorized, return to the client and choose a route. Importing a configuration only means it is ready; open a site you actually use to verify access. If your browser works but a work app does not, check that app’s network settings. See the full steps in Guides.
Monthly plans anddata packs
Choose a billing option first, then pick a data allowance that fits your usage. All monthly plans allow unlimited devices online at once, and data resets monthly on your activation date.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for browsing, research, and light collaboration. If you regularly stream video or transfer files, use your panel’s data usage to assess whether the allowance is right for you.
- 60GB, resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices online at once
- 30-day refunds
Monthly plan · 250GB
¥18 / month
For everyday work plus AI tools, video streaming, or switching between devices. Whether the allowance is right for you depends on what you do and how often you use it.
- 250GB, resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices online at once
- 30-day refunds
Monthly plan · 500GB
¥28 / month
For data-heavy activities such as video streaming and file transfers. A larger allowance is designed to match higher usage; it is not an additional speed guarantee for every app.
- 500GB, resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices online at once
- 30-day refunds
FAQs before you get started
Check your account, devices, data, and refund details separately. For connection issues, see the Help Center.
Do I need an email address to open an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Get your subscription, check orders, and submit support tickets in the user panel after signing in. Keep your subscription details secure when using a client, and don’t post a complete configuration publicly. If you need help, share only the information needed to diagnose the issue.
How many devices can I connect at once?
There’s no limit on the number of devices online at once. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Install and configure the appropriate client on each device; the number of devices does not determine how much data is available. Sign in to get your subscription. The iOS option requires an active plan; clients for other supported platforms are available after signing in.
How is data calculated for monthly plans and data packs?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Check your current billing option and usage in the panel before making changes. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the panel for your account’s current status.
Will connecting give me access to every AI tool and streaming library?
Availability depends on the target service’s rules and your actual access. Route region is only one factor; account permissions, licensing region, device, and app settings can also affect the result. Test sign-in, the actual task, or playback using the same exit region. A page loading does not mean every feature is working. See the AI guides and streaming guides for more details.
What is the refund policy, and where do I get help with an order?
VPNIz offers a 30-day refund policy. Read the refund policy and terms of use for eligibility and process details. For order issues, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Include the relevant order, platform, what went wrong, and checks you’ve already tried. Avoid vague reports like “can’t connect,” and never include your account password or complete subscription details.
